Michael Loeffler has announced the release of openSUSE 10.3 "Live" edition, now with a hard disk installation option: "From today the live edition of openSUSE 10.3 is available as a GNOME or KDE live CD. Both contain the same software as the 1-CD installation editions from the launch time. The live system can be used as a production system or as a rescue system. Or you can just check out how openSUSE 10.3 runs on your computer without touching your hard drive. The live CDs are available as 32-bit in English only and for the first time they contain an installation option on the desktop. Just click the icon and installation to your hard drive will start.
